Lyncon Waxing

One of the advantages of waxing is the long duration between waxing sessions (between 3 and 6 weeks).

Depilatory wax is generally made from resin and natural beeswax and is much less conducive to hair growth under the skin.

Before waxing, it is recommended to exfoliate with a delicate scrub to remove the layer of dead cells from the surface of the skin, and after the procedure, apply a soothing gel by means of gentle massages.

If you have decided that the hair removal method is the right one, then it should be noted that before going to the salon, the hair should be at least 5 mm for the limb area and 2 mm for the pubic area. The effect will last about two weeks and the hair length will not exceed 0.5 mm.

Waxing removes hair from the root, resulting in softer hair. The more frequent the hair removal sessions, the stronger the hair will grow.

Some people with sensitive skin may experience slight redness of the area after epilation and possibly irritation during the first few days. But these are normal reactions and will disappear in a few hours or, at most, the next day. However, to accelerate the healing process of the skin it is advisable to avoid saunas, hot baths or tanning salons and to exfoliate the waxed area regularly to avoid the growth of ingrown hairs under the skin that can cause irritation and unsightly skin.

Many women fear that the process of plucking hair by epilation causes depigmentation of the skin, but this is completely untrue. It is recommended, however, that after waxing, you do not expose yourself to the sun for the first 24 hours and then use sunscreen 50SPF to prevent both irritation and a possible change in skin tone.
